The Foundation Board is made up of Sonova Group leaders and external experts with long-term foundation management experience. It is a strategic body that oversees and guides the Foundation’s strategy and purpose. The Foundation Board decides on the allocation of funds and advises the Executive team on management and governance topics.
The Advisory Board, consisting of external experts and professors in audiology, evaluates suitable projects and proposes them to the Foundation Board to allocate foundation funds. The Advisory Board members are all employed in an honorary capacity. Incidental expenses are reimbursed as and when they occur.
The Executive team is responsible for the Foundation’s strategic and operational management, oversees communications, partnership building and stakeholder management, and consults with the Advisory Board in program portfolio management.
